About the service
Finishes are the difference between a house that is finished and a house that feels finished.
We deliver interior finish work that lines up cleanly, holds its color, and looks the same on day one and year five. The detail-level work most contractors rush.
Drywall
Hung, taped, and finished to a level 5 standard where it matters. No bumps under the paint, no joints showing through.
Flooring
Wood, tile, large-format porcelain, and luxury vinyl installed by trade specialists. Substrate prep done before the first plank.
Interior painting
Sanding, priming, and two coats of high-quality paint with cut lines you can actually look at up close.
Finish carpentry
Trim, baseboards, crown molding, doors, and built-ins fitted tight without the gaps caulk is supposed to hide.
The work that shows, done right
Drywall, flooring, and paint are what your eye lands on every time you walk into a finished space. They are also the work that most contractors rush at the end of a project to hit a closing date. We treat them as the most visible part of the build, because they are. Substrate prep, primer coats, sanding between layers, tight tile cuts at every transition. The little things that separate finish work from filler.
What we cover under interior finishes
New drywall installation and patching, full-room paint and accent walls, hardwood and engineered wood flooring, tile and large-format porcelain, luxury vinyl plank, baseboards and crown molding, custom built-ins, and the trim and transitions between every surface.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order my own paint or flooring, or do you supply it?
Either works. We carry trade accounts with the major paint and flooring suppliers in Miami so we can order at contractor pricing and have it delivered to the site. If you have already picked your materials, we install what you bring. Most clients prefer we manage it because lead times on certain tile and engineered wood can derail a schedule.
How do you handle dust during interior finish work?
We seal off the work zone with plastic barriers, run negative-pressure air scrubbers in active rooms, and protect the rest of the home with floor covering and door dust seals. Drywall sanding generates more fine dust than anything else in construction; we plan around that with dustless sanding tools and daily cleanup.
What is level 5 drywall finishing and why does it matter?
Drywall has 5 levels of finish, from rough taped (level 1) to a smooth skim coat over the entire wall (level 5). Level 4 is standard and works fine under flat paint. Level 5 is what you want under satin or semi-gloss paint, or under raking light from windows or sconces, where joints would otherwise show through. We assess each wall during the project and finish at the right level.
Can you match an existing paint color or stain?
Yes. We bring chips to the supplier for a color match, paint a sample board, and test it next to the existing surface in the actual lighting before painting the wall. For wood stain we make test panels on the same species as the existing floor. Color and stain matching is more art than science and we get it right before the full coat goes on.
