Ground-up builds, planned end to end

New construction in South Florida means soil testing, elevation surveys, hurricane-rated assemblies, Miami-Dade product approval, and a permit set that matches what gets built. We plan all of it on day one, so the foundation pour, the framing, and the certificate of occupancy all land on the dates we committed to.

From concept to keys, everything we handle

We coordinate architects, engineers, soil consultants, surveyors, and every trade through closeout. You get a single project lead, a complete permit set, weekly progress photos, and a finished build delivered with the structural calcs, warranties, and as-built drawings in your hands.

Building from the ground up or adding to what you have should not feel chaotic. Contact us today to discuss your new construction project.

Frequently asked questions

How long does new construction take in Miami?

A standard single-family ground-up build runs 9 to 14 months from permit issuance. Additions and ADUs typically take 4 to 8 months depending on size and structural complexity. We deliver a milestone schedule after the first site visit and update it monthly with progress photos.

Both options work. For Design/Build projects we coordinate with our trusted Miami architects under a single contract, so you have one team accountable for design and construction. If you already have a designer, we work directly with them from preconstruction through permits.

Miami-Dade has stricter wind and impact requirements than most of Florida. Every exterior assembly, including windows, doors, roofing, and impact-rated cladding, must be on the approved product list. We specify only approved products and submit the NOAs with our permit package, so reviews go through cleanly.

Yes. We start with a site survey, soil testing if needed, and a feasibility check against current zoning and setbacks. From there we coordinate plans, permits, and construction. If you are still evaluating lots, our licensed Real Estate team can help you assess buildability before purchase.
