About the service

Miami sun, Miami rain, and Miami salt air are hard on every exterior surface.

We do exterior work that holds up to that. Stucco that does not crack, paint that does not peel, and landscaping that integrates with the architecture instead of fighting it.

Stucco

New construction stucco, repairs, and full re-coats. Mesh, scratch coat, and finish coat done by trade specialists.

Exterior painting

Pressure wash, prep, prime, and two coats of high-grade exterior paint rated for UV and humidity.

Landscapes

Planting design, irrigation, sod, and ongoing maintenance plans built around your specific lot.

Hardscapes

Driveways, walkways, pavers, retaining walls, and pool decks engineered for South Florida soil.

Built for South Florida weather

The Miami climate destroys exteriors that were not built for it. Stucco cracks, paint peels, hardscapes shift on shifting soil. We use products rated for impact and humidity, with installers who understand how to seal, drain, and detail every transition. The result is exterior work that still looks new five and ten years later.

What we cover under exterior work

New stucco assemblies, stucco repairs, exterior painting and color updates, residential landscaping and irrigation, driveway and walkway pavers, pool deck resurfacing, retaining walls, and hardscape lighting. Coordinated with your existing architecture, not bolted on top.

A house is judged from the curb before anyone steps inside. Contact us today to discuss your exterior project.

Frequently asked questions

When should I repaint my exterior in Miami?

Most exteriors in Miami need a repaint every 5 to 8 years depending on sun exposure, paint quality, and substrate prep. South-facing walls fade first, west-facing walls peel first. We assess your specific home and recommend a realistic timeline. Quality prep and a top-tier paint adds 2 to 3 years to that cycle.

Most stucco cracks come from substrate movement, improper mesh installation, or skipped expansion joints. Hairline cracks are normal and cosmetic. Wider cracks let water in and cause real damage. We diagnose the cause, repair the substrate when needed, re-mesh, and apply a finish coat that matches the existing texture.

Both. For larger projects we work with landscape architects and bring you a planting plan with species suited to your soil and sun. For smaller projects we design directly with you, focused on what survives in Miami without constant intervention. Either way, we install, irrigate, and offer ongoing maintenance.

Yes. We work in zones, lift and reset existing pavers, address the base material if it has shifted, and protect adjacent landscape with covering during the work. For full driveway or pool deck replacements we coordinate around vehicle access and pool use to minimize disruption.
