How long does a typical commercial project take?
Restaurant and retail build-outs run 8 to 14 weeks from permit issuance. Office tenant improvements vary from 4 to 10 weeks depending on scope. Hotel and condo renovations depend heavily on phasing and occupancy. We deliver a milestone schedule after the initial site visit so you can plan around opening or occupancy dates.
Can the business stay open during the renovation?
For tenant improvements and partial renovations, yes. We phase the work, install temporary partitions, and coordinate noisy or dusty trades for off-hours when needed. For full build-outs from shell, the space is generally not operational during construction.
Do you handle Miami-Dade permits and inspections?
Yes. As a licensed Florida general contractor, we pull every required permit, schedule rough and final inspections, and handle Miami-Dade product approval for impact-rated assemblies. You receive copies of every approved permit and CO at project closeout.
Can you work with my architect or interior designer?
Absolutely. We coordinate directly with your design team from preconstruction through punch list. If you need a designer or architect, we work with several trusted Miami firms and can introduce you to one that fits your project type and budget.
