About the service
A bathroom is one of the most demanding rooms in a home, daily use, constant water exposure, and tight dimensions leave no room for shortcuts. We remodel bathrooms with the precision they require: clean waterproofing, tile work that stays tight years later, and plumbing that is done once, correctly.
Every bathroom project is managed end-to-end under one roof. From demolition and rough-in to tile, vanities, and final fixtures, we coordinate trades, pull permits, and keep the job sealed off from the rest of your house. The result is a bathroom delivered on schedule, installed cleanly, and built to a standard that holds up in Miami humidity.
Waterproofing done right
Proper membranes, slopes, and drain placement, the invisible work that keeps tile from cracking and walls from rotting years later.
Tile & stone
Porcelain, natural stone, marble, and large-format tile installed by specialists who know how to handle Miami-Dade substrates.
Vanities & fixtures
Custom or prefab vanities, countertops, faucets, and hardware selected with you and installed straight, level, and sealed.
Plumbing & electrical
Shower valves, drains, exhaust fans, GFCI outlets, and heated floors, all done by licensed trades under one project lead.
Bathrooms built to last in Miami humidity
South Florida is hard on bathrooms. Constant humidity, salt air, and daily water use turn small construction shortcuts into big problems three years in. We build bathrooms that handle it, proper waterproofing behind the tile, ventilation sized to the room, and materials rated for this climate. The result is a bathroom that stays tight, dry, and looking new long after the project closes.
From demolition to final fixtures, everything we handle
A bathroom remodel is more than new tile and a vanity. We manage demolition, plumbing rough-in, electrical upgrades, waterproofing, tile, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, lighting, paint, and every permit and inspection along the way. You get one schedule, one point of contact, and one team accountable for the finished result.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom projects run 3 to 5 weeks from demolition to final walkthrough, depending on scope and tile lead times. Full gut renovations with plumbing moves take 4 to 6 weeks. We provide a realistic schedule with milestones after the initial site visit, and we update you weekly once work begins.
Can I stay in the house during the remodel?
Yes, if you have a second bathroom. We seal off the work zone with plastic barriers to keep dust out of the rest of the house, and we coordinate water shut-off windows so you are never without plumbing longer than necessary. If your bathroom is the only one in the house, we plan around that and minimize the days it is offline.
Do you supply tile and fixtures, or do I buy them separately?
Either works. We have trusted tile, stone, and plumbing suppliers we work with regularly and can handle the full selection and ordering, or we will install materials you have already picked out. Most clients prefer that we manage it, because tile lead times and backordered fixtures can derail a schedule if not ordered on day one.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. As a licensed general contractor, we pull every required permit in Miami-Dade and Broward, coordinate the rough and final inspections, and close out the paperwork. Bathroom projects with plumbing or electrical changes almost always require permits, we take care of that so you do not have to.
